Bryohumbertia contains three species with a pantropical distribution; a single species in Bolivia and the Neotropics, B. filifolia (Hornsch.) J.-P. Frahm. Bryohumbertia appears to be a weak segregate of Campylopus, differing by the erect, not cygneous seta, that is greater than 10 mm long.
Bryohumbertia reúne tres especies con distribuición pantropical. Sólo una especie en Bolivia y el Neotrópico, B. filifolia (Hornsch.) J.-P. Frahm. Bryohumbertia parece ser una segregación débil de Campylopus, se diferencia por las setas erectas, no cisneas, mayores a 10 mm de largo.
